Earth Augers
Ledbury Plant Hire offer manual Earth Augers (hole borer) perfect for fencing. The Stihl BT 131 Earth Auger is a one-man earth auger with QuickStop drill break. Low-vibration handle frame, control handle with stop button and large support cushion. It has a high performance petrol engine and can be supplied with three different size auger attachments.
Each attachment is 750mm long and is either 100mm/4″ or 150mm/6″ or 200mm/8″ in diameter. Also comes with an extension if needed.
Personal protective equipment is recommended when using these machines. We have a PPE kit available for £5. The kit includes google, gloves and ear plugs.
